It's too bright!!
Why does it seem as if I have a 13 year old already?
My 2 year old, Ania, has been sleeping in our bed in the middle of the night, which will stop tonight! In the morning, I turn on the bathroom light, she covers her eyes and says "it's too bright!" And this morning, she actually rolled over and went back to sleep. Um. Really?

Flexibility
One thing I'm greatful and blessed is the work flexibility. I do prefer going into the office but I do have options to work from home when one of the kids is sick. I don't have to take a sick day and Ania is old enough where I can put her in front of thw tv if I have a conference call. It helps my boss relates and his kids are around 7 and 8 yrs old so hes been through it.

Putting himself out there
Being in Houston, Tom really hasnt had time to meet people. From his test, family, career moves time flew...now he's able to put himself out there. He clicked with my sister's friends husband. Six degrees much? They briefly met in NY when they visited, then again when family was in town, then they went to happy hour. So, about 4 months later we met up again.
