Great big poop!

Ania made poo poo in the potty for the first time today!  As she said I made 1,2,3,4,5 poo poos. Sounds gross but she counted...

Were slowly making progress and its a great thing. I use to stress about it and just decided to let her tell us when she's ready. We're getting there!  But makes me sad because I don't want her growing up too fast but happy the day diapers aren't needed for one kid!

Enginerd?

We found this on the fireplace. We thought my mom helped her since she was watching ania.  We asked ania who made this and she said "ania".  Then I called my mom and she had no idea (I guess because she was on FB).  But I'm guessing its because she's the daughter of an enginerd?  I kid.

Mother Teresa

We've been working with ania to get her to sleep on her own and today at nap time I walked in her room to check on her and this is what I find

Hot. Mess.

After school.  Ive requested her teachers not brush her hair and this what walks out when I pick her up these days

Personalities

I caught this picture of the girls and feel like it captures their personalities perfectly.  Ania a serious faced baby girl but once she gets comfortable she loves you.  Her face shows shes a bit weary but still wanted me to take the photo.  Cameron constantly smiling and has this same expression all the time except when she's hungry or sleepy.  I am so blessed to be their mommy

Summer has started!!

First time this summer we went to the pool. And first timer for Cameron and first time for ania to wear a bikini.

Cameron at 7 months

Cameron is such a happy baby.  I can’t stand it!!  She turned 7 months on May 23 and she’s probably going to feel the 2nd child neglect when she’s older.  I took her monthly photo…but it was on my phone and not the ‘camera’.  None the less, it was captured!  Also, I’m only giving her food at dinner time.  I have not packed her breakfast or lunch to bring to school.  Only milk, however, an outsider wouldn’t be able to know the difference.

At her 6 month check-up, she was 85% in weight and 50% is all other catagories.  She’s just getting heavier too.  So heavy my left shoulder has been killing me for some time.  I’ll let it slide because she’s just so darn cute!

Milestones

-          She’s almost sitting up without assistance

-          Rolling over from back to stomach but not stomach to back

-          Not yet pushing herself up, but rather hating tummy time

-          She giggles uncontrollably and the only person that can do that to her is Ania.

Food

-          Cameron has added bananas, papaya, cauliflaur, peas and gerber puffs to her menu.  I’ve giving her papaya cut up really small and she loves it.

-          Chewing everything in sight.

Cameron touches EVERYTHING.  She may be the baby that gets into everything.  She’s not sleeping through the night yet.  I’m OK with that
